itch.io just delisted all adult games from search results. This means nearly all traffic for your games is gone. There have been people whose titles have been deleted altogether as well. Spread the word, this injustice must not stand!!! You still have your Follows available. Reach far and wide for the others.
Been about 2 years since there was a dev log posted, and I see 2023 in the filename of the file here. For $10 on Patreon, how much content was added in the last 2 years? Based on the comments here, less than one completed area?
"less than one completed area" is a broad term but that's probably closeish. The next area is not done, but it's been worked on consistently since the last update, with a wip posted every month to show progress.
Oh man sorry! I thought this was about one of my other games! No I don't have any sort of quest log unfortunately. A good rule for most female npcs is if they arn't fat then there's still more to do with them. They often give hints or even just tell you what they want outright. Lana the woman in the first town so far being the only exception that I remember since she doesn't get fat.

Does this game work with Mac book
Unfortunately you can only export projects made on mac to mac os. Since I use windows I can not.
You may be able to use the RPG Maker MacOS Launcher to do this. https://github.com/m5kro/RPG-Maker-MacOS-Launcher/releases
